I’m often asked what’s different about effective leaders. In my experience, the effective leaders I know are:

They appreciate others for who and what they are.

2. Curious

They’re always learning.

3. Vulnerable

They’re comfortable being uncomfortable.

4. Determined

They strive for what they want.

5. Purposeful

They serve a cause greater than themselves.
