How to manage your moods

We are inescapably and biologically emotional being. Everything we say and do, is because of the mood we’re in. Moods are ‘spaces of possibility’ – in a mood of anxiety, our space of possibility is diminished because of our predisposition to avoid us from the harm we anticipate. Conversely in a mood of curiosity, our space of possibility is expanded and we are open to think and act in new ways.

Whilst we can’t control our moods, we can manage our moods – we all can manage and shift our moods to better serve us and others. To help you manage your moods, I’ve developed a Guide which I hope you find helpful. Please share the Guide with all you feel may benefit.

We are not our moods; we only have moods.
